Shipping
It takes 1-2 business days to process your order. Our products are shipped from our overseas warehouse with tracked shipping, which takes 5-10 business days, unless the item is in stock at our american warehouse. If the item is in stock in the us, it will be delivered within 1-2 business days with tracked shipping via PostNord. You will receive an email with your order confirmation once your purchase is complete.
If the order is shipped from our overseas warehouse, an additional import fee may apply.

Delivery Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a delivery confirmation by email once your order has been shipped, along with a tracking number. Please check your spam folder if you can't find the email.

If the order is shipped from our overseas warehouse, an additional import fee may be charged.
Our prices are exclusive of VAT, and customs and import fees may therefore apply when the item is shipped from our warehouse in China. The customer is responsible for payment of any additional fees.

Color Match Guarantee
Our Color Match Guarantee means that if you order a shade that doesn't match your hair, we'll send you a new unit in the correct color – completely free of charge. You do not need to return the incorrect item.

Returns
If for any reason you wish to return your item, you have a 30-day right of return. Regardless of the reason, you will receive a full refund once we have received the returned item. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. The right of return does not apply to custom-made products.
