    Here you will find specific information about the right of withdrawal and complaints regarding our e-commerce.

    Right of Withdrawal

    As a consumer, you have the right to a 14-day withdrawal period from the day you receive your order, in accordance with the law on distance selling and off-premises contracts. However, we choose to offer you a 30-day right of withdrawal (30-day open purchase). This means you have the right to cancel your purchase by notifying HairFiller within 30 days of receiving the ordered product (the withdrawal deadline).

    If the product is in a deteriorated condition upon return, we will make a deduction from the refund corresponding to the reduction in the product's value, to the extent that the reduction is due to you having handled the item more than is necessary to establish its nature or function.

    When exercising the right of withdrawal, you pay the return shipping cost. As you are responsible for the product until we have received it, it is important that the product is well packaged.

    The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made specifically for you as a customer. This includes products designed according to your wishes or that have been given a personal touch. An example would be a piece of jewelry with an engraved text.

    Refund

    For most items, in the unlikely event that your product is defective, you may return it to us for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt. Return shipping is not refunded for this. Once we have received and approved your return, your money will be refunded to the same account you used for payment, no later than 14 days after notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal (provided we have received the returned product in a timely manner). If you paid with Klarna, they will also send an updated invoice by email.

    Returns (if applicable)

    To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned order. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you will receive a refund via the payment method you chose at the time of ordering.

    Returns made more than 30 days after the delivery date will not be accepted.

    Lifetime Guarantee (if applicable)

    On certain products, a lifetime guarantee may be available. The guarantee covers replacement of a maximum of 3 products. HairFiller may choose to either refund the full amount or send you a new item.

    How to return
    Contact customer service: Send an email to contact@gethairfiller.com with your name, email address, and order number.
    Customer service will send you a withdrawal form by email.
    Upon approval of the completed form, customer service will instruct you on where to send your order for return.
    Each customer is responsible for paying the return shipping cost for the order. Shipping costs are not refunded.
    Send the package back. We recommend using a tracked shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned order.

    Uncollected Package

    Your ordered package will remain at the pickup location for 7 days, after which it will be sent back to us as a return package. If your package is delivered to a pickup location, you will be notified of where it can be collected.

    Return packages from the pickup location are charged a handling fee of 199 SEK. This fee covers the costs of shipping, return shipping, administration, and handling.

    When your package is returned to us, it will be cancelled. We will refund your amount minus the fee of 199 SEK for uncollected packages.

    Complaints

    If a product is damaged or otherwise defective, you have the right to file a complaint. Start by taking photos of the damaged product. We need the photos and your order number in order to assist you with the complaint.
