Shipping policy

This policy explains how we ship your order and what happens if a parcel is not collected. Questions about a delivery? Email support@gethairfiller.com. We reply within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.

Where we ship

We ship to the countries you can choose at checkout.

Shipping costs

  • United States: free shipping on orders of $45 or more (for example Buy 2 Get 2 FREE). Below $45, shipping is $2.99.
  • United Kingdom: free shipping on orders of £35 or more (for example Buy 2 Get 2 FREE). Below £35, shipping is £1.95.
  • Sweden: free shipping when you buy two or more products, in any combination. For a single product, shipping is 29 kr.

The shipping options and the total, including shipping and any taxes, are shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing and delivery time

We process orders within 1–2 business days. Unless we agree otherwise, we deliver without undue delay and no later than 30 days after your order. If your order is late, our Terms of Service explain your options.

Tracking

When your parcel has shipped, we email you a tracking number. If you cannot find the email, check your spam folder or contact us. If your parcel goes to a pickup point, you will be told where to collect it.

Lost or damaged parcels

Delivery takes place when you, or someone you have chosen, receive the parcel. Until then, it is our responsibility. If your parcel is lost, or arrives damaged, email us (with photos if it is damaged).

Uncollected parcels

If you do not collect your parcel within the time given in the delivery notice, it is sent back to us. Unless you have told us otherwise, we then cancel the order and refund what you paid, minus a fee for uncollected parcels that covers shipping, return shipping, administration and handling. If you have not paid yet, we adjust the amount you owe. If we cannot deduct the fee from your payment, we send you an invoice for it. We do not charge this fee to customers under 18.

If you told us you wanted to return the order under our 30-day money-back guarantee, the guarantee applies instead and you pay only the return shipping.
